TILE & GROUT

Before we start any tile & grout job, we do a free test-clean in a small area to determine if the surface will be improved by our efforts. We ask the homeowner to view this test with us to make sure that we are in agreement about the results. REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION, WE PROMISE TO GIVE YOU AN HONEST EVALUATION AS TO WHETHER YOUR TILE & GROUT WILL BE IMPROVED BY OUR EFFORTS or  IF IT SHOULD BE REPLACED.

Tile & Grout Cleaning We use water at temperatures measuring 180° F combined with high pressure to blast away dirt, bacteria, and residue from the surface. Cleaning and drying are accomplished in one pass.  No mess or standing water is left behind.

Tile & Grout Sealing Sealing tile & grout provides maximum protection from staining and makes at-home cleaning easier. The floor is cleaned and dried at the same time. When the surface is fully and thoroughly dried, we apply the protecting sealant.  In most cases no additional time or appointment is needed.

Fiber protecting treatments are available for carpet & upholstery. At Inside Homes we use major brands appropriate to the job in question. Doing so assures you of long lasting stain protection that repels liquids as well as dust and dirt. Fiber protection treatments are appropriate for residential and commercial applications, do not change the appearance of fabrics, and prevent dirt and stains from being ground in by repeated wear.
